How It Works:

  • Infrared heat warms your body directly (not just the air), creating a deep, detoxifying sweat at a gentle temperature.

  • Red light therapy supports skin health, cellular renewal, and overall vitality.

  • Sessions run at a soothing 120–130°F — comfortable, restorative, and designed to help you relax while your body works.

What to Expect & How to Prepare

  • Infrared Sauna will be pre-heated for your session and set between 120-130°F

  • Drink plenty of water before your session and bring a bottle with you. Sweating is great for detoxing, but you’ll want to replenish your fluids.

  • Wear lightweight clothing, like a swimsuit or shorts + tank.

  • Small towels will be provided.

  • You are welcome to wear sunglasses or protective eyewear during your session if you are senstive to light.

  • First-timers often start with 20-30 minutes. All of our sauna sessions will be set to 30 minutes. You are always welcome to exit sooner.

  • Relax, breathe deeply, and let your body do the work. Many people enjoy meditating, listening to calming music, or simply closing their eyes and unwinding.

  • After your session, cool down slowly and continue hydrating. You may feel refreshed, relaxed, or even a little energized - all normal!
