 As yoga grows in popularity, students and studios require more teachers with in-depth training and the ability to teach to wider varieties of students. Tula's advanced Yoga Teacher Training gives you a broader and deeper set of skills and insights to bring into your practice and teaching.

A 200 hour Yoga teacher training is just the beginning of your journey as a yoga student and teacher. Yoga is a lifelong study. After a foundational training many students have a strong desire to continue learning and to be in community with other Yogis. We are here to support you in this journey whether you are looking to teach yoga as a career, become a more confident teacher, or want to deepen your own spiritual practice. Our 300 program at Tula is designed for yoga teachers already certified at the 200-hour level and is accessible to teachers of all ages, levels, and Yoga backgrounds. Through this comprehensive Yoga Alliance program, you will delve deeper into Yoga Philosophy, Asana, Mantras, Meditation, Anatomy, Sequencing, Sound Healing, Chakras, learn how to develop workshops, retreats, and refine and sharpen your teaching skills.

Our 300-Hour Teacher Training Certification is designed to give you the flexibility to complete the program when it works for you! Once all 6 modules are completed you can receive your certificate.

The modules do not need to be taken in any specific order and do not expire. 


Not taking the full 300 hour program? No problem! Enroll in any individual module and earn CEU hours towards your Yoga Alliance Continuing Education requirements.

Mentorship

With Jennifer Cavalieri

  • 3 one on one sessions where we will discuss your specific goals. Get direct, personalized feedback on your teaching and guidance on your business

  • 3 month unlimited membership at Tula Yoga during the mentorship. You will be able to attend classes, assist & observe classes with Tula trainers

​

  • Final paper on the Yoga Sutras & The Role of the Yoga Teacher

​

  • Final Practicum & Evaluation​​

This module is ongoing and can be completed at any time. Mentorship is for 3 months and must be completed in order to receive your 300 hour certification through Yoga Alliance
