Studio Policies

To create a peaceful, respectful, and smooth experience for everyone, our policies help us maintain a supportive environment for all students and teachers

PACKAGES & PURCHASES

Please note that all packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Class packages expire 1 year after activation.

CLASS REGISTRATION

Students are encouraged to sign up for class via MindBody prior to arriving at the studio. Walk-Ins will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, but space is limited. If class is full, we encourage you to come to our next scheduled class.

CLASS CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS

If you register for a class and then cannot make it, please cancel your reservation no later than 4 hours before class start time. Any no shows or late cancellations after the 4 hour window will be charged for the class they are registered for. Unlimited members will be charged $15.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class start time. For the safety and satisfaction of all clients, without exception, students who arrive after the class start time will not be permitted to enter the studio. If you do arrive late, we encourage you to come to our next scheduled class.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS & CELL PHONES

All belongings should be placed in one of the cubbies located in our locker area. No cell phones are allowed in the practice space. Please silence your phone and leave it with your personal belongings in the locker room.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS

Any cancellation of a workshop the day of or less than 48 hrs prior to a workshop or training will not be refunded and no credit will be given. All other cancellations will receive an account credit to use towards a future workshop.
